I had never given much thought into Mercury automobiles. I have nothing against them; they just have never entered into my mind. For the past 4 weeks I have really been challenging myself to know more about all the car manufacturers. I figure the best way to save money when purchasing a car is to always know what you are getting yourself into. That is when I decided to ask myself, if I could own a Mercury which one would I own? I looked through all the models, and it can be any time from the start of the company until now. Finally, all my hard work paid off, and I discovered the Mercury model that seemed right for me. It is the…
2008 Mercury Milan
I’ll be the first to admit it. My choice is not very exciting, and it seems like pretty standard and boring. Well, remember, I am new to the Mercury automobile, so my choice may not be as cool as you would have hoped. I guess I am just a sucker for the new commercials. I’ve never been too worried about getting the hottest car out there, but I think I might have broken rank with my current selection. I’m a color blue guy. I noticed that the 2008 Milan comes in a nice dark blue metallic color. From there I was too easy for them. This car does not look like someone just threw it together one night. Overall, it is very nice looking and has some great appeal. I would be lying to myself if I told you I care nothing of looks.
What Does It Feature?
Mercury states that they pride themselves on both power and control. What good is power if you cannot control, I always say! Plus, this Milan comes with five star frontal crash rating. You know those commercial where they show the crash test dummy flying at top speed into a brick wall? The Milan passed that test with flying colors. What also drew me to this car is the SYNC system. This looks like such cool technology, and because I am a music lover I took particular interest. I want my driving experience to be a cool and as smooth as possible. Nothing is worse then a bad radio that does not do much for you. All that quality, style and those up to date features and they don’t even charge you as much as they could!
There you have it, my Mercury automobile of choice. I’m going to keep looking through because I’m sure Mercury has older models that are really fantastic as well. Who knows what the next manufacturer will be to catch my interest. I’m really starting to like this game of picking out a fantasy car. Now, if I only had the money to buy them!
